We could be one of the legislatures that continue getting into common wars since they have no solid heads to lead them the correct way. One kid can improve how the world is today. Kids resemble a wad of mud. Kids must be thought about so as to be formed into a wonderful perfect work of art. What magnum opus would you be able to make with broken dirt? Ask any craftsman or stone worker you canââ¬â¢t work with broke earth. It disintegrates and self-destructs in your grasp. How might we make this world an artful culmination if the structure isnââ¬â¢t steady? Kid work is the cruel dry atmosphere that can dry and split the future artful culmination that is our reality. Children were recruited to do assignments that necessary their properties. They were requested to slither under working machines and look at things. Shockingly Children were given the most perilous occupations. Numerous youngsters kicked the bucket, lost appendages, or were genuinely harmed. As the issue developed it was acquainted with increasingly youthful nations. These nations utilized kids for some, things including work. They would have them chip away at ranches, processing plants, or other working employments. Radical armed forces in third world nations are particularly large aficionados of Child Labor. They use youngsters for everything for the way that they are anything but difficult to indoctrinate. They use youngsters to disperse firearms, as officers, or as hirelings. The fundamental utilization of Child Labor presently is generally third world nations. These nations have been relying upon these youngsters for some things. They need these kids so much since they are extremely new nations. These nations may have become free in the relatively recent past and battle particularly to remain stableâ⬠(Galbi Douglas). Since these nations are so youthful thy are approach to caught up with attempting to make sense of issues like who is in control and managing rebel armed forces that this issue is basically nothing to them. Accept or not a few governments use kid work. These third world nations accept that giving a youngster something to do is fine. There are numerous reasons why third world nations have Child Labor. It gives familyââ¬â¢s one more check to help with bills. You may see the numerous third world families have a ton of individuals. That is in such a case that you have more youngsters you have more checks coming in. Another explanation is on the grounds that individuals trust it may adjust there economy. Governmental issues in these nations may accept that expanding the regular workers will build the measure of items ready to send out hence expanding exchange and riches. This is a simple method to build the work exertion and increment benefit as well. These nations accept that Child Labor is a decent method to build their riches and ideally get them out of the monetary droop they are in. Kid Labor does the specific inverse of help. Thatââ¬â¢s why it is such a significant developing issue. We need to make sense of some how to persuade nations that Child Labor isnââ¬â¢t great. The History of Kleenex Tissue
In 1924, the Kleenex brand of facial tissue was first introduced. Kleenex tissue was invented as a means to remove cold cream. In 1949, a tissue for eyeglasses was released. During the 50s, the spread of the popularity of the tissues continued to grow. In 1954, the tissue was the official sponsor on the popular television show, The Perry Como Hour. During theà 60s, the company began successfully advertising the tissue during daytime programming rather than just nighttime television. SPACESAVER tissue packs were introduced, as well as purse packs and juniors. In 1967, the new square upright tissue box (BOUTIQUE) was introduced. In 1981, the first scented tissue was introduced to the market (SOFTIQUE). In 1986, Kleenex started the Bless You advertising campaign. In 1998, the company first used a six-color printing process, allowing for complex prints on their tissues. By the 2000s, Kleenex sold tissues in over 150 different countries. Kleenex with lotion, Ultra-Soft, and Anti-Viral products were all introduced.à Where Did the Word Come From? In 1924, whenà Kleenexà tissues were first introduced to the public, theyà were intended to be used with cold cream to remove makeup and clean the face. Theà Kleen in Kleenex represented that clean. The ex at the end of the word was tied toà the companys other popular and successful product at the time,à Kotex brandà feminine napkins. Generic Use of the Word Kleenex The word Kleenex is now commonly used to describe any soft facial tissue. However, Kleenex is the trademarked name of the soft facial tissue manufactured and sold by the Kimberly-Clark Corporation. How Kleenex Is Made According to the Kimberly-Clarkà company, Kleenex tissue is made in the following way: At the tissue manufacturing mills, bales of wood pulp are put into a machine called the hydrapulper, which resembles a giant electric mixer. The pulp and water is mixed to form a slurry of individual fibers in water called the stock. As the stock moves to the machine, more water is added to make a thinner mixture which is more than 99 percent water. The cellulose fibers are then thoroughly separated in refiners before being formed into a sheet, on the forming section of the creped wadding machine. When the sheet comes off the machine a few seconds later, it is 95 percent fiber and only 5 percent water. Much of the water used in the process is recycled after beingà treated to remove contaminants prior to discharge. A felt belt carries the sheet from the forming section to the drying section. In the drying section, the sheet is pressed onto the steam-heated drying cylinder and then scraped off the cylinder after it has been dried. The sheet is then wound into large rolls. The large rolls are transferred to a rewinder, where two sheets of wadding (three sheets for Kleenexà Ultra Soft and Lotion Facial Tissue products) are plied together before being further processed by calender rollers for additional softness and smoothness. After being cut and rewound, the finished rolls are tested and transferred to storage, ready for converting into Kleenexà facial tissue. In the converting department, numerous rolls are put on the multifolder, where in one continuous process, the tissue is interfolded, cut and put into Kleenex brandà tissue cartons which are inserted into shipping containers. The interfolding causes a fresh tissue to pop out of the box as each tissue is removed.

Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response - 956 Words
Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response Crystal Lusk Walden University Family, Community, and Population-Based Care 4011-12 March 19, 2014 Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response A disaster is an event that is a natural or man-made occurrence that can disrupt or destroy the lives of those it affects (Stanhope Lancaster, 2014). Management of a disaster includes four phases; prevention, preparedness, response and recovery (Stanhope Lancaster, 2014). Hawaiiââ¬â¢s isolation in the pacific lends itself to the possibility of many disasters from; floods, hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, pandemics, and volcano eruptions (Schaefers, 2014). The purpose of this paper is to study emergency preparedness and response toâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦Handing out fliers on emergency kit preparation to the community through emergency preparedness fairs and health centers is one way to educate the public. During the recovery phase, the PHN assists the community to return to a state of normalcy as quick as possible. Recovery is often difficult and requires long-term support of the community health nurse in collaboration with state and national efforts aid (Stanhope Lancaster, 2014). A nursing approach to recovery is to remain flexible and continually assess community needs and determine interventions that help to achieve pre-disaster life (Stanhope Lancaster, 2014). Many of Hawaiiââ¬â¢s PHN are not prepared for an emergency or disaster so training through participation in disaster drills or actual disaster events is crucial (Baack Alfred, 2013). A best practice strategy is participation in one of the Hawaii disaster preparedness organizations such as; The Hawaii Medical Reserve Corps, which members are a cumulative of physician and nurse volunteers who want to serve their community when a disaster or public health emergency strikes (HMRC, 2014). The attendance of meetings, participation in preparedness exercises, and assistance in non-emergent community health activities all help the PHN to be prepared to respond quickly when needed in a disaster (HMRC, 2014). Friends with Benefits free essay sample
They soon discover that getting physical will not work and they begin to develop deep feelings for one another but only to deny it. Friends with Benefits, starring Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake are both well- chosen actors for this movie. Sweet, humorous, romantic are the words to describe this modern R-rated romantic comedy movie, Friends with Benefits. It is another flick about men, women, relationships, commitments, and insecurities. Some may or may not notice, but I would like to point out that Friends with Benefits is very familiar to the movie that came out couple months before called No Strings Attached, starring Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher. Both movies have a very similar storyline with the boy and the girl believing that being in a relationship would never turn out well and they are just better off having casual sex with each other without the commitment of a relationship. Friends with Benefits follows Jamie (Mila Kunis), a New York executive recruiter who recruits Los Angeles blog editor Dylan (Justin Timberlake) to take the role as art director of the menââ¬â¢s magazine GQ in the Big Apple City. Jamie is a very sassy, independent woman with great charisma, on the other hand; Dylan is pretty much a funny and laid back guy. Both of them are welcomed to the ââ¬Å"single worldâ⬠almost immediately at the beginning of the movie. This movie fulfills audiences who are in search of two young, attractive, individuals meet, fall in love, deny their feelings, stumble over an obstacle, and then get together just in time for the ending; very predictable I say. This movie is not like any other movies out there such as No Strings Attached, which was rather messy or overcrowded. This movie is rather successful in being simple and honest, with the focus being entirely on the two leading roles. Also, it creates laughter for audiences and with a little twist of surprises every now and then. Like at the beginning on the movie when both Dylan and Jamie were on the phone, everyone would have thought those two were actually talking on the phone with each other but I believe it surprised all of us that they werenââ¬â¢t because their dialogue with one another makes so much sense. In fact, they were both talking to their boyfriend/girlfriend instead. One of the strengths of this movie is that Timberlake and Kunis are both very likeable and charming people who display enough chemistry to keep us interested, entertained and wanting to keep watching. As I said before, early in the film, their dialogue is often very smart and funny. They may not be the most appealing romantic comedy couple out there but theyââ¬â¢re not mismatched and neither one of the character is annoying. The film contains outstanding acting from all the characters involved such as Patricia Clarkson, Jamieââ¬â¢s oversexed mom, Richard Jenkins, Dylanââ¬â¢s father who is by the way suffering from Alzheimerââ¬â¢s disease, a disease that leads to a loss of memory, speaking, and problem solving; which is very touching and realistic; and Woody Harrelson who plays ââ¬Å"Tommy Bollingerâ⬠, a homosexual sports editor for GQ who eagerly befriends with Dylan. Listen, Iââ¬â¢d love to take you out one nightâ⬠, ââ¬Å"What? â⬠, ââ¬Å"You got some pretty boys out there in L. Aâ⬠; ââ¬Å"Iââ¬â¢m not gay, Tommyâ⬠,â⬠Really? Oh! I just assumed, art director andâ⬠¦ your faceâ⬠. Another thing I like about the movie was the flash mob dance in Time Square and Central Station, which was really amazing with a whole ocean of people. Not every film will have 100% perfect in it; there are always mistakes here and there. As for the weakness, the filmââ¬â¢s ending has a sustained drag to it. It contains dilemma after dilemma, which begins to wear on the audience a little. Also, it loses its strong comedic sense and turns it into what you call a ââ¬Å"chick flickâ⬠. Throughout the film, motifs that occurred are the different sex scenes and the funny, critical small talks between the two leading characters; not afraid of their ââ¬Å"friends with benefitsâ⬠title. As for allusions, audiences are able to identify a few; such as the great cameos, Emma Stone who plays Dylanââ¬â¢s ex-girlfriend in the beginning of the film. Also, Jamieââ¬â¢s mother Patricia Clarkson who plays a similar character of Emma Stoneââ¬â¢s Easy A character. Friends with Benefits is a realistic film because it does not display any sort of image distortion whatsoever and it was being shot in New York, the city that never sleeps. The actors and events are happening in front of the camera as it records. The film exposes the realistic relationship that can happen between friends. The film shows various different shots from extreme long shots for the flash mobs to many close up shots and medium shots for the two actors when they are in bed. The storyline for the film gives the audiences a really realistic, romantic feel to it like any other romantic comedy. The story is familiar to other movies we may have seen in the romantic comedy genre section with the two main characters meeting each other, falling in love, have their happy moments together, something happens which cause them to break up and in the end, one of them do something so they can patch up again. When audiences are watching the film, as they go through the storyline, they realize that they are in a romantic comedy story themselves. I believe the directorââ¬â¢s message is that friends with benefits are like real situations that may or may not happen to some people. The director wants reality and not fictional stories or objects. He wants something that is very cliche and that everyone will go through every day such as getting married, break up, divorce and what not. Directorââ¬â¢s main point is he wants reality and not fantasy. The theme that arises within the film is how people think they can have casual sex and believe they wonââ¬â¢t have any sort of feelings for the other person. A comparison for this movie would be what Iââ¬â¢ve mentioned before, No Strings Attached. Itââ¬â¢s all based on the similar of the plot, but I believe Friends with Benefits gave more humorous scenes than the other movie. In the end, this movie leaves an impression on me. Due to all the romantic comedies Iââ¬â¢ve watched, this will be one of the best romantic comedies of the year. Although the ending is predictable, the audiences arenââ¬â¢t as disappointed for the film not to end that way because they became so absorbed into the movie. It is a definite must-watch movie for a date or just with friends.
