Each extraordinary pioneer or world changing man or ladies was at one time a sound. That child grew up and became something incredible. Since that inlet was raised the correct way they had the option to accomplish men’s most prominent accomplishments. In the event that individuals like George Washington were raised in an unexpected way, at that point where might America be? We could at present be under British Rule. We could be one of the legislatures that continue getting into common wars since they have no solid heads to lead them the correct way. One kid can improve how the world is today. Kids resemble a wad of mud. Kids must be thought about so as to be formed into a wonderful perfect work of art. What magnum opus would you be able to make with broken dirt? Ask any craftsman or stone worker you can’t work with broke earth. It disintegrates and self-destructs in your grasp. How might we make this world an artful culmination if the structure isn’t steady? Children were recruited to do assignments that necessary their properties. They were requested to slither under working machines and look at things. Shockingly Children were given the most perilous occupations. Numerous youngsters kicked the bucket, lost appendages, or were genuinely harmed. As the issue developed it was acquainted with increasingly youthful nations. These nations utilized kids for some, things including work. They would have them chip away at ranches, processing plants, or other working employments. Radical armed forces in third world nations are particularly large aficionados of Child Labor. They use youngsters for everything for the way that they are anything but difficult to indoctrinate. They use youngsters to disperse firearms, as officers, or as hirelings. The fundamental utilization of Child Labor presently is generally third world nations. These nations have been relying upon these youngsters for some things. They need these kids so much since they are extremely new nations. These nations may have become free in the relatively recent past and battle particularly to remain stable†(Galbi Douglas). The Hazards Of Nurse Staffing - 1207 Words

Introduction Hospitals and other health care facilities have been forced to reduce operating expenses since the financial crisis of 2007 (Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board, 2015). The History of Kleenex Tissue

In 1924, the Kleenex brand of facial tissue was first introduced. Kleenex tissue was invented as a means to remove cold cream. Early advertisements linked Kleenex to Hollywood makeup departments and sometimes included endorsements from movie stars (Helen Hayes and Jean Harlow) who used Kleenex to remove their theatrical makeup with cold cream. Kleenex and Noses By 1926, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, the manufacturer of Kleenex, became intrigued by the number of letters from customers stating that they used their product as a disposable handkerchief. A test was conducted in the Peoria, Illinois, newspaper. Ads were run depicting the two main uses of Kleenex, either as a means to remove cold cream or as a  disposable handkerchief for blowing noses. The readers were asked to respond. Results showed that 60%  used Kleenex tissue for blowing their noses. By 1930, Kimberly-Clark had changed the way they advertised Kleenex and sales doubled, proving that the customer is always right. Highlights of Kleenex History In 1928, the familiar pop-up tissue cartons with a perforated opening were introduced. In 1929, colored Kleenex tissue was introduced and a year later printed tissues. In 1932, pocket packs of Kleenex were introduced. That same year, the Kleenex company came up with the phrase, The handkerchief you can throw away! to use in their advertisements. During World War II, rations were placed on the production of paper products and the manufacturing of Kleenex tissues was limited. However, the technology used in the tissues was applied to the field bandages and dressings used during the war effort, giving the company a big boost in publicity. Supplies of paper products returned to normal in 1945 after the war ended. In 1941, Kleenex Mansize tissues were launched, as indicated by the name, this product was aimed at the male consumer. In 1949, a tissue for eyeglasses was released. During the 50s, the spread of the popularity of the tissues continued to grow. In 1954, the tissue was the official sponsor on the popular television show, The Perry Como Hour. During the  60s, the company began successfully advertising the tissue during daytime programming rather than just nighttime television. SPACESAVER tissue packs were introduced, as well as purse packs and juniors. In 1967, the new square upright tissue box (BOUTIQUE) was introduced. In 1981, the first scented tissue was introduced to the market (SOFTIQUE). In 1986, Kleenex started the Bless You advertising campaign. In 1998, the company first used a six-color printing process, allowing for complex prints on their tissues. By the 2000s, Kleenex sold tissues in over 150 different countries. Kleenex with lotion, Ultra-Soft, and Anti-Viral products were all introduced.   Where Did the Word Come From? In 1924, when  Kleenex  tissues were first introduced to the public, they  were intended to be used with cold cream to remove makeup and clean the face. The  Kleen in Kleenex represented that clean. The ex at the end of the word was tied to  the companys other popular and successful product at the time,  Kotex brand  feminine napkins. Generic Use of the Word Kleenex The word Kleenex is now commonly used to describe any soft facial tissue. However, Kleenex is the trademarked name of the soft facial tissue manufactured and sold by the Kimberly-Clark Corporation. How Kleenex Is Made According to the Kimberly-Clark  company, Kleenex tissue is made in the following way: At the tissue manufacturing mills, bales of wood pulp are put into a machine called the hydrapulper, which resembles a giant electric mixer. The pulp and water is mixed to form a slurry of individual fibers in water called the stock. As the stock moves to the machine, more water is added to make a thinner mixture which is more than 99 percent water. The cellulose fibers are then thoroughly separated in refiners before being formed into a sheet, on the forming section of the creped wadding machine. When the sheet comes off the machine a few seconds later, it is 95 percent fiber and only 5 percent water. Much of the water used in the process is recycled after being  treated to remove contaminants prior to discharge. A felt belt carries the sheet from the forming section to the drying section. In the drying section, the sheet is pressed onto the steam-heated drying cylinder and then scraped off the cylinder after it has been dried. The sheet is then wound into large rolls. The large rolls are transferred to a rewinder, where two sheets of wadding (three sheets for Kleenex  Ultra Soft and Lotion Facial Tissue products) are plied together before being further processed by calender rollers for additional softness and smoothness. After being cut and rewound, the finished rolls are tested and transferred to storage, ready for converting into Kleenex  facial tissue. In the converting department, numerous rolls are put on the multifolder, where in one continuous process, the tissue is interfolded, cut and put into Kleenex brand  tissue cartons which are inserted into shipping containers. The interfolding causes a fresh tissue to pop out of the box as each tissue is removed.

Friends with Benefits free essay sample

They soon discover that getting physical will not work and they begin to develop deep feelings for one another but only to deny it. Friends with Benefits, starring Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake are both well- chosen actors for this movie. Sweet, humorous, romantic are the words to describe this modern R-rated romantic comedy movie, Friends with Benefits. It is another flick about men, women, relationships, commitments, and insecurities. Some may or may not notice, but I would like to point out that Friends with Benefits is very familiar to the movie that came out couple months before called No Strings Attached, starring Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher. Both movies have a very similar storyline with the boy and the girl believing that being in a relationship would never turn out well and they are just better off having casual sex with each other without the commitment of a relationship. Friends with Benefits follows Jamie (Mila Kunis), a New York executive recruiter who recruits Los Angeles blog editor Dylan (Justin Timberlake) to take the role as art director of the men’s magazine GQ in the Big Apple City. Jamie is a very sassy, independent woman with great charisma, on the other hand; Dylan is pretty much a funny and laid back guy. Both of them are welcomed to the â€Å"single world† almost immediately at the beginning of the movie. This movie fulfills audiences who are in search of two young, attractive, individuals meet, fall in love, deny their feelings, stumble over an obstacle, and then get together just in time for the ending; very predictable I say. This movie is not like any other movies out there such as No Strings Attached, which was rather messy or overcrowded. This movie is rather successful in being simple and honest, with the focus being entirely on the two leading roles. Also, it creates laughter for audiences and with a little twist of surprises every now and then. Like at the beginning on the movie when both Dylan and Jamie were on the phone, everyone would have thought those two were actually talking on the phone with each other but I believe it surprised all of us that they weren’t because their dialogue with one another makes so much sense. In fact, they were both talking to their boyfriend/girlfriend instead. One of the strengths of this movie is that Timberlake and Kunis are both very likeable and charming people who display enough chemistry to keep us interested, entertained and wanting to keep watching. As I said before, early in the film, their dialogue is often very smart and funny. They may not be the most appealing romantic comedy couple out there but they’re not mismatched and neither one of the character is annoying. The film contains outstanding acting from all the characters involved such as Patricia Clarkson, Jamie’s oversexed mom, Richard Jenkins, Dylan’s father who is by the way suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, a disease that leads to a loss of memory, speaking, and problem solving; which is very touching and realistic; and Woody Harrelson who plays â€Å"Tommy Bollinger†, a homosexual sports editor for GQ who eagerly befriends with Dylan. Listen, I’d love to take you out one night†, â€Å"What? †, â€Å"You got some pretty boys out there in L. A†; â€Å"I’m not gay, Tommy†,†Really? Oh! I just assumed, art director and†¦ your face†. Another thing I like about the movie was the flash mob dance in Time Square and Central Station, which was really amazing with a whole ocean of people. Not every film will have 100% perfect in it; there are always mistakes here and there. As for the weakness, the film’s ending has a sustained drag to it. It contains dilemma after dilemma, which begins to wear on the audience a little. Also, it loses its strong comedic sense and turns it into what you call a â€Å"chick flick†. Throughout the film, motifs that occurred are the different sex scenes and the funny, critical small talks between the two leading characters; not afraid of their â€Å"friends with benefits† title. As for allusions, audiences are able to identify a few; such as the great cameos, Emma Stone who plays Dylan’s ex-girlfriend in the beginning of the film. Also, Jamie’s mother Patricia Clarkson who plays a similar character of Emma Stone’s Easy A character. Friends with Benefits is a realistic film because it does not display any sort of image distortion whatsoever and it was being shot in New York, the city that never sleeps. The actors and events are happening in front of the camera as it records. The film exposes the realistic relationship that can happen between friends. The film shows various different shots from extreme long shots for the flash mobs to many close up shots and medium shots for the two actors when they are in bed. The storyline for the film gives the audiences a really realistic, romantic feel to it like any other romantic comedy. The story is familiar to other movies we may have seen in the romantic comedy genre section with the two main characters meeting each other, falling in love, have their happy moments together, something happens which cause them to break up and in the end, one of them do something so they can patch up again. When audiences are watching the film, as they go through the storyline, they realize that they are in a romantic comedy story themselves. I believe the director’s message is that friends with benefits are like real situations that may or may not happen to some people. The director wants reality and not fictional stories or objects. He wants something that is very cliche and that everyone will go through every day such as getting married, break up, divorce and what not. Director’s main point is he wants reality and not fantasy. The theme that arises within the film is how people think they can have casual sex and believe they won’t have any sort of feelings for the other person. A comparison for this movie would be what I’ve mentioned before, No Strings Attached. It’s all based on the similar of the plot, but I believe Friends with Benefits gave more humorous scenes than the other movie. In the end, this movie leaves an impression on me. Due to all the romantic comedies I’ve watched, this will be one of the best romantic comedies of the year. Although the ending is predictable, the audiences aren’t as disappointed for the film not to end that way because they became so absorbed into the movie. It is a definite must-watch movie for a date or just with friends.

History of Balinese Dancing Art

Music and dance were known to people for a long time. At first, dance would be used in religious ceremonies and rituals, for example, to call out the rain in the dry season and in some instances, before going hunting, to bring good luck and a rich catch. Our ancestors believed that they would please the spirits and the higher forces of nature, thus they will be sent whatever it is they needed in abundance.Advertising We will write a custom essay sample on History of Balinese Dancing Art specifically for you for only $16.05 $11/page Learn More Balinese dancing is one of the oldest types of dancing. Bali, an Indonesian island, has become a tourist attraction where people from all over the world come to see the unique dance. It is very influential on a person and there is no other medium quite like it that can have such a significant effect on a person. Especially, Balinese dance is meant to touch the deepest parts of the human soul. It can raise the mood a nd make it light or depress it and have a negative influence on the psyche of a person. Comparing to other types of art, which can be made and put on a wall or stored in a museum, a dance only exists while it is made. To make it even more unique, Balinese dancers incorporate a lot of hand gestures and movements of the legs and body. Every part of a person seems to be doing its separate dance but altogether, it creates a unit where the center is the emotion and connection to a higher force (Spies 2001). Balinese dancing is learned from a very early age. Children start learning within a family by first observing their parents and mimicking the movements. As it is a traditional dance of the culture, a lot of Indonesians are well aware of the dance and its importance. The learning process is one of the unique features of the whole dance. It is not done in private, on the contrary, the practices take place in a public place where neighbors, friends and people from the community come and watch. Their views are an important part of the learning process, and if there is a mistake made, they will point it out. This teaches the student to be used to an audience but also, to the criticism of the profession. It is interesting that the Balinese dancing culture understands that only through humiliation and public display students can reach perfection. Another significant teaching technique is that students learn by observing their teacher. There are no mirrors, so the only way for them to learn proper movements is the close interaction with the teacher. At first, a student stands behind their teacher and repeats the moves. Then, the teacher will go behind the student and make physical contact. In this way, the teacher moves the student’s arms and legs making sure of the correct placement. It is important to mention that each teacher has their original way of style and movements. As such, some teachers become more demanded than others, and people come from distant loc ations to be taught by a particular teacher (Gold 2004).Advertising Looking for essay on art and design? It is a show between the certain music style, illusory dancing and acting. The gestures and the emotion on the dancer’s face are authentic to the culture and the rituals that have existed for centuries. The unique musical instruments add to the traditional dancing and are also considered a part of the ritual to the Gods. Religion has always been an intricate part of the Bali culture where a person’s life is a battle between the good and evil spirits. This means that a person becomes connected with their dance and costume in the closest way. The representation of the spirit must be emotional and heartfelt. When an individual is doing the dance, they must feel the energy that is radiating through their body and so, transfer it to the surrounding people and nature. For each particular type of activity there is a specific dance. Religious dance greatly differs from a dance before a hunt or the calling out of weather (Ness 1992). Even though a single person can perform a dance and hypnotize the audience, a large group of people performing the same moves is even more enchanting. Due to the fact that the dance is learned from such a young age, dancers become extremely experienced in the movements and the synchronization becomes almost perfect. As a matter of fact, it is one of the key characteristics of the dance. Even when dancers turn away from each other, they are able to perform the exact same movements, with a specific height of an elbow, foot extension or finger movement. The music that is played helps in a great way because it contains sound cues that allow people to quickly and unnoticeably adjust in case they lost the rhythm (Merkle 2012). Another form of Balinese dancing is called â€Å"Topeng†. This is when a dancer or several are wearing special masks. Usually, these are of different types and have many kinds of emotions expressed on the mask. It is never taken off during a performance, and it is meant to symbolize ancestral roots and rituals. The general theme of the masked dancing is connected to the kings that ruled a long time ago. It is very closely linked with the history of the people, and this is why it is appreciated even more than other types of Balinese dancing. Humor is often involved as one of the key aspects of the performance.Advertising We will write a custom essay sample on History of Balinese Dancing Art specifically for you for only $16.05 $11/page Learn More Even though some events that are acted out relate to the ancient past, humor is still incorporated. This type of mixing of time and cultures adds greater uniqueness to the dance and the people performing and watching. The dancers have different r oles within the setting, some are wise and philosophize about life while others are clowns who run around the stage and contrast the other characters. The masks are made from wood, and the process is considered an art form in and of itself. Painting the masks and applying specific emotions is a very long process which requires high level of skill. It is rather interesting to note that the paint is made from all natural products, which adds even more connection to the nature and the spiritual world (Gold 2004). As such, Balinese dancing is one of the most original ones in the world. Indonesian Balinese dancers have kept their popularity to the modern day. It stays an important part of the culture as the future generations continue to respect and transfer the legacy of the ancestors. Works Cited Gold, Lisa. Music in Bali.
